Experienced Data Entry Supervisor – Claims Management and Operations

**Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Supervisor at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Directing a designated group of employees in their day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless workflow and high-quality service delivery
* Managing daily service levels, quality of service, and attendance, with a focus on identifying trends and implementing process improvements
* Providing coaching and guidance to individual associates, helping them overcome complex issues and achieve their full potential
* Identifying process gaps and making recommendations to enhance efficiency and productivity
* Preparing and delivering weekly reports and end-of-month scorecards to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
* Performing daily, weekly, and monthly reviews of various reports, invoices, logs, and expenses to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Additional duties as required, including writing yearly reviews for associates and working Service Now tickets in a timely manner
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with 2+ years of college preferred
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a leadership role, preferably in a call center environment
* Experience in a management or supervisory role, with a proven track record of driving results and improving processes
* Solid Microsoft skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* A clear understanding of KPIs for claims, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
* Experience with FNOL processing of WC claims from start to finish, as well as liability claims
* Familiarity with systems such as CareMC, SharePoint tools, and Service Now
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
* Experience with data entry and liability claims
* Familiarity with industry-specific software and systems
* Certification in a relevant field, such as claims management or customer service
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
