Job title: Technical Lead (Digital Marketing Agency) Company: Scout Hiring Job description: Our client, leading digital marketing agency, is looking for a technical leader to join their team's South Florida office. This person will focus on technical strategy and execution for the firm's clients. The ideal candidate will have a full stack engineering background, solid analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions with non-technical stakeholders. This role may be remote or hybrid. Regular travel to the firm's offices in the broader Miami area will be required for key team and client meetings. Role Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the team to plan development strategy end to end, from architecture to analytics, to technical stack and marketing automation to ensure programs are being managed holistically • Participate in Agile Roadmaps with the digital team to deliver effective implementations for complex marketing programs. • Support media and analytics team with data warehouse operations (AWS preferred) • Mentor team on strategy, planning and execution. Add value to strategic programs.
