Key Responsibilities:

Perform data entry in EMR and other systems as required
Prepare details for data entry, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

Perform data entry of new applications, credits, and other relevant information
Remove data entry errors and make corrections as needed
Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and established protocols

Train new data entry workers on computer systems and procedures as needed
Perform regular clerical and data entry functions, including typing, faxing, and operating data entry devices
Ensure prompt data entry and file management, meeting deadlines and productivity standards
Review and validate data before entry, ensuring accuracy and quality
Perform daily audits and data entry adjustments as needed
