Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team at blithequark. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. This is a remote work opportunity, and we welcome applications from candidates with no prior experience. Key Responsibilities Enter patient and drug information into our pharmacy systems with high accuracy and efficiency Process prescriptions, including retrieving, counting, and pouring pharmaceutical tablets, verifying medication accuracy, and checking for potential interactions Assist pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining workflow Develop strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service Model and share customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a unique and delightful customer experience Perform duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager, Staff Pharmacist, and Store Manager Essential Qualifications Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) Basic computer skills and knowledge of pharmacy systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications 6 months of experience in a retail environment Previous work experience with blithequark Desirable math skills to fill prescriptions accurately, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications Knowledge of store inventory control Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
