**Position Details**
* **Job Title:** Data Entry Specialist
* **Pay:** $18.00 per hour
* **Location:** South Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid after training | 1 day onsite per week until fully trained)
* **Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 7 am - 4 pm or 8 am - 5 pm
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Gathering and accurately entering data from various websites into designated platforms
* Communicating with vendors via email or phone to resolve any data discrepancies, requiring basic customer service skills
* Participating in status update calls and handling ad hoc information requests as needed
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data management processes
* Identifying and resolving data discrepancies, and implementing process improvements to enhance data accuracy
**Ideal Candidate**
We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with:
* 2+ years of experience managing relationships across multiple departments
* Proficiency in email communication, phone interactions, and basic customer service
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
* Experience in vendor management or multi-departmental customer service
* Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks
**Onboarding Requirements**
To ensure a smooth onboarding process, we require:
* High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
* Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening
* Two verifiable employment references
