**Job Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Corporate Accounting Division by performing a variety of tasks, including:
* Processing fortnightly and semi-monthly payrolls
* Managing all new employee records, terminations, salary increases, and benefits
* Reviewing and verifying source reports and financial statements for accuracy
* Resolving issues and discrepancies
* Providing exceptional customer service to our employees and stakeholders
* Preparing manual checks as needed
* Performing other duties as assigned by management
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:
* A minimum of three (3) years of experience in payroll administration or a related field
* A strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Experience with Ultipro is highly desirable
* A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field is preferred
* The ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
