**Job Summary**

We're seeking an Experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team, responsible for researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. **Key Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

* Researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
* Utilizing Microsoft suite to manage data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
* Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data security protocols
* Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in data entry and provider network contracting
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* A Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment
* Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
* Data entry and/or typing experience
* Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
* Experience with Microsoft suite
* Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

* 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
* 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
* Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
