* Assisting the deposit room with entering in checks, stamping checks, scanning, and indexing when needed
* Providing exceptional customer service by assisting with cancellation requests from lenders, agents, brokers, and members
* Collaborating with management to identify and address systematic opportunities and issues, contributing to process improvements and efficiency gains
**Education and Work Experience**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma, with a college degree preferred
* 1-3 years of related experience in data entry or a similar field
