This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned client service professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment supporting high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients with complex financial lives.The Senior Client Service Specialist in this role will serve as a critical partner to Wealth Advisors, ensuring seamless delivery of client service, operational excellence, and account management across a sophisticated client base. This role is ideal for someone who brings deep experience in wealth management client service, enjoys solving complex problems, and takes pride in delivering a white-glove client experience.This position offers the opportunity to work alongside some of the most accomplished professionals in the industry while helping drive operational excellence and service delivery across a rapidly growing advisory platform.This position is fully remote, with the ideal candidate located in New Jersey. Must be comfortable and able to work Eastern Time Zone hours. What You'll Do:Client Relationship & Service DeliveryServe as a senior member of the Wealth Management client service team, ensuring the highest level of service delivery for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clientsAct as a primary operational partner to Wealth Advisors, supporting client relationships through proactive service and account managementManage and resolve complex client service requests across multiple custodians, account structures, and investment vehiclesMaintain a deep understanding of client relationships, financial structures, and investment portfolios to ensure exceptional service and responsivenessGenerate client correspondence and documentation related to account servicing, onboarding, and ongoing client requestsClient Onboarding & Account ManagementLead the onboarding process for new client relationships, including account setup, documentation, and coordination with custodians and internal teamsPrepare and process key client documentation including advisory agreements, investment policy statements, and financial planning engagement documentsManage ongoing account maintenance activities including transfers, address changes, account openings and closings, and account updatesStructure and verify complex money movements across client accounts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal controlsReporting, Billing & DocumentationOversee client reporting processes, including performance reporting, reconciliation of statements, and manual reporting adjustments when necessaryPartner with Wealth Advisors to establish and maintain complex client billing arrangementsPrepare and process quarterly and ad-hoc reporting for clients and their advisors, accountants, and other professional partnersEnsure all client files and documentation meet firm compliance standards and proactively remediate any documentation gapsOperational CoordinationWork closely with operations and portfolio management teams to ensure client accounts are properly structured and maintainedSupport senior team members with client trading activity and account servicing where neededPrepare and process client wire transfers and other transactional requestsLeadership & Team DevelopmentProvide mentorship and guidance to junior client service professionalsSupport onboarding and training of new team members across the client service organizationIdentify opportunities to develop and implement best practices across the client service teamLead or participate in operational and service improvement projects across the firmWhat You'll Have:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience5+ years of client service experience within wealth management, private banking, brokerage, or a similar financial services environmentProven experience supporting high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients with complex financial structuresStrong knowledge of investment accounts, portfolio structures, and wealth management operationsDemonstrated ability to mentor and train junior client service professionalsHigh level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and AdobeExperience working with CRM systems and client reporting platformsCore Competencies:Exceptional client service mindset and passion for delivering a white-glove experienceAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environmentStrong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyHigh level of attention to detail and commitment to operational accuracyDemonstrated discretion and commitment to maintaining strict client confidentialityStrong understanding of financial markets, investment structures, and wealth management operationsAbility to work independently, make sound decisions, and proactively resolve challengesProfessional demeanor, strong work ethic, and high personal integrityFEATURED BENEFITS: Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401(k)Health Savings AccountPaid Maternity LeavePaid Parental LeaveTuition Reimbursement
