* Provides operational support and cleans up and maintains data for basic to complex data transactions
* Maintains and transacts data in connection with projects, expansions, and the introduction of new products
* Collaborates with other departments to ensure that our members receive high-quality provider data
* Develops and implements data management processes to improve data accuracy and efficiency
* Analyzes data to identify trends and areas for improvement
* Communicates effectively with stakeholders to resolve data-related issues
* Stays up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management
**Essential Qualifications:**
* A minimum of one year's experience managing multiple databases
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Demonstrated capacity to function in a production setting
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with EPDB or Provider Data of at least one year
* Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
* Knowledge of data management principles and best practices
