**Job Overview**
As a Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, investigating discrepancies, and escalating issues as needed. **Key Responsibilities**
* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
* Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
* Investigate discrepancies as they arise
* Complete additional projects as assigned
* Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to careerzynith's high standards of quality and compliance
**Qualifications**
* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
* High school diploma or GED required
* Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy

* Type 40-50 plus WPM
