As a key member of our Informatics department, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet the needs of our internal clients and stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including:
* Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet business needs
* Developing, validating, and executing complex queries, developing complex reports, and performing complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients
* Designing and developing packages for internal clients
* Evaluating data needs of assigned projects, ensuring data integrity and suitability, and determining data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
* Turning data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
* Troubleshooting technical issues and presenting evaluation and reports to internal clients and stakeholders
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 2-4+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and software development
* Strong background in Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications
* Experience with reporting platforms, such as SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS)
* Development programming languages, including ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript
* Database knowledge, including Transact SQL, MS SQL Server
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Experience with reporting platforms, such as WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
* Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
* Database knowledge, including Hadoop, Oracle
* Development database languages, including Oracle PLSQL
* Crystal Reporting experience
**Required Education**
To be considered for this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
