**Job Summary:**

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records. You'll work closely with various internal and external teams to resolve discrepancies, identify errors, and implement corrective actions. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities will be essential in delivering high-quality results and contributing to the success of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct thorough studies and analysis of eligibility records to ensure accuracy and consistency
* Resolve discrepancies and errors in eligibility records, collaborating with internal and external teams as needed
* Reconcile eligibility records among systems, ensuring seamless data flow and minimizing errors
* Monitor and track records, identifying trends and areas for improvement
* Develop and implement corrective actions to address errors and discrepancies
* Collaborate with various teams, including healthcare professionals, to ensure accurate and timely data entry
* Utilize Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project, to manage and analyze data
* Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

**Essential Qualifications:**

* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, analysis, and management, preferably in the healthcare industry
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to collaborate with diverse teams
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
* High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, business, data analysis) preferred

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience working in the healthcare industry, with knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
* Familiarity with data management systems and software, including electronic health records (EHRs)
* Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting, with ability to interpret and present complex data
