Key Responsibilities Input, update, and maintain information in databases with accuracy and efficiency Perform data entry tasks with attention to detail and meet productivity standards Collaborate with the team to ensure data quality and resolve any discrepancies Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills As you progress in your career, you may also take on additional responsibilities, including: Monitoring WAN links for stability and troubleshooting issues Provisioning IP Addresses, LAN/VLAN, and administering security and IAM Performing alerts and log monitoring, preventative health checks, and incident management Generating reports and maintaining accurate records Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be considered for this role, you should have: A high school diploma or GED Authorization to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder) Strong communication skills and experience working directly with customers and clients A passion for technology and a strong desire to learn technical skills The ability to thrive in a remote learning environment We're open to candidates with an Associate's degree or higher education is not required for this entry-level opportunity.
