As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for performing accurate and timely data entry functions from checks images, ensuring productivity standards are met, and providing support in other areas of the department as needed. If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data entry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Specialist in our Lockbox department, your key responsibilities will include: * Performing data entry functions from checks images per clients' instructions * Ensuring accuracy and productivity standards are met, in accordance with client service level agreements and department goals * Cross-training and providing support in other areas of the department as needed * Working in a team environment, ensuring work is processed according to individual client instructions and deadlines **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 1 year of previous data-entry experience * A minimum score of 13,500 Ks/Hr - 15,500 Ks/Hr on numeric testing * A High School Diploma or equivalent **Working Environment** As a Data Entry Specialist in our Lockbox department, you'll be working in a fast-paced production environment with the following requirements: * Excellent 10-key data-entry skills (both alpha, numeric, and combined) * Team-oriented * Accuracy, time management, self-motivation skills, and the ability to function independently * Logical decisional-making rationale * Ability to work under limited supervision * Strong communication skills (verbal and written) * Strong sense of urgency and efficiency * Must be able to work in a confidential environment * Basic PC skills (production program is trained internally) * Knowledge of MS Office, Word, Outlook, and Excel **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our associates grow and develop their skills.
