As an Entry Level Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities, contributing to the overall success of our organization. Key Responsibilities As an integral part of our maintenance team, your primary responsibilities will include: Service and repair of robotic ABB arm machines, including complete rebuilds when necessary Mechanical tasks involving hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic plumbing techniques Electrical work with low voltage systems (12v/24v), photo eyes, sensors, and 480v 3-phase motors Performing daily preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime Recording and documenting all maintenance activities for future reference and improvement Collaborating with your team within your department to ensure all equipment is operational and well-maintained Utilizing the metric system for tooling procedures and being comfortable with or easily trainable on its applications Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you should possess: A strong foundation in mechanical and electrical principles Ability to work with hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Basic knowledge of plumbing, welding (stick, MIG, TIG, soldering), and electrical systems Familiarity with air compressors, vacuum pumps, hydraulic systems, and gear drives Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and repair issues with equipment Good communication and teamwork skills, as you will be working closely with other departments and team members Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience in a maintenance or repair role, particularly in an industrial setting Knowledge of robotic systems and their maintenance Experience with metric tooling and procedures Certifications or training in areas such as electrical work, plumbing, or welding Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in a maintenance environment Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you should demonstrate: A strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of electrical principles Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines A commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of your work Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
