**Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Accurately entering data into the QuickClaim system using a continuous supply of images
* Identifying document types based on provided documentation
* Reviewing and verifying entered data to ensure it meets quality requirements
* Maintaining confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) following HIPAA standards
* Interacting professionally with other staff as needed
* Recommending improvements or enhancements to job processes
* Completing all tasks for the day before logging off
* Performing other basic office duties as assigned
**Work Schedule**
* Hourly Pay: $12 per hour
* Availability: Part-time and full-time openings available, with full-time preferred
* Minimum Hours: At least 20 hours per week
* Shifts: Various shifts available between 8:00 am - 9:00 pm CST, Monday to Friday
**Skills and Qualifications**
We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with:
* Strong work ethic and ability to multitask
* High attention to detail and quick learning skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality of client data
* Proficiency in reading and speaking English
* 50 WPM @ 95% accuracy (Words Per Minute) and 4,500 KPH @ 95% accuracy (Keystrokes Per Hour)
