Your expertise will help us maintain the highest level of truth and accuracy in our data, enabling us to provide the best possible services to our customers. **Job Summary:** As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for resolving issues and discrepancies in our eligibility records, collaborating with various internal and external teams to achieve green resolutions. Your tasks will include: * Conducting thorough studies and analysis of eligibility records to identify discrepancies and errors * Resolving problems from multiple regions within the company, including shared mailboxes and work queues * Reconciling eligibility among systems to ensure accuracy and consistency * Monitoring and tracking records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements * Collaborating with internal and external teams to resolve issues and achieve green resolutions **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct thorough studies and analysis of eligibility records to identify discrepancies and errors * Resolve problems from multiple regions within the company, including shared mailboxes and work queues * Reconcile eligibility among systems to ensure accuracy and consistency * Monitor and track records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements * Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues and achieve green resolutions * Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports * Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders **Required Qualifications:** * 1-2 years of experience in data entry and analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project * Excellent verbal, problem-solving, and written communication skills * High School Diploma or equivalent **Preferred Qualifications:** * Healthcare industry experience * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **Education:** * High School Diploma or equivalent **Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports the well-being of our employees and their families.
