Job Description:

Lowe’s is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a part-time remote position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, resilient, possess strong critical thinking skills, and be able to work cooperatively with team... members.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and orders
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Utilize various software systems to input and retrieve customer data
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve department goals
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace for remote work
