Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Global Content Deals and Direct-to-Consumer Services

**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team, providing critical support for global content deals and direct-to-consumer services. This is a remote position, and we're looking for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing accurate and timely data entry support for our global content deals and direct-to-consumer services.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide data entry support for global content deals and direct-to-consumer services, including:
+ Supporting worldwide record deal analysis and post-deal deal management for SVOD and DTC deals
+ Supporting TWDC's Content Outreach group, Business Teams, Legal, Finance, and Accounting in all aspects of TWDC content SVOD and DTC clients, both pre-deal and post-deal
+ Providing accurate and timely access to all content (long-form include films, Disney+ firsts, verbose content, ads, rewards, interstitials, etc.), regarding complex rights holdbacks and limitations originating from existing licenses, fundamental freedoms, and music issues, different MVPD limitations, first-party station programming needs, and accessibility of resources
+ Providing vigorous financial analysis and content valuation for all content licensing deals, in collaboration with partners in every area
* Prepare and present reports and analysis for senior leadership and clients, including:
+ Preparing and presenting reports and analysis on new distribution methodologies, sales reporting for reviews and finance, market trends, and best practices
+ Working with Finance and anticipating Content Deals ultimates, yearly working plans, and long-range plan presentations
+ Helping with organizational and partnership reviews
* Liaise with resource delivery groups and business process on adjusting issues
* Track deal choices, MFNs, and lapses
**Essential Qualifications**
* At least 3 years of experience in the media and entertainment industry
* Profound experience in financial modeling, complex financial analysis, advanced Excel skills, and experience in analyzing large datasets
* Strong office skills with understanding and analysis of agreements, and fundamental administrative drafting (e.g., notes)
* Solid office skills with PowerPoint and presenting to executives
* Demonstrated history of successfully managing and building strong relationships with a wide range of partners
* Some experience with global media distribution
