Experienced Data Entry Specialist for Walmart's Supported Hunt Advertising Platform - Full Time, Remote Opportunity with Night and Day Shifts

Our Supported Hunt Information group is at the forefront of this mission, responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the data pipelines, databases, and ETL processes that power our advertising platform. We're now seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team and help us drive excellence in data management. About the Role As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and reliability of our data. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines, databases, and ETL processes that support our advertising platform. This is a full-time, remote opportunity available for both night and day shifts, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and storing large volumes of data to support advertising on Walmart.com and its subsidiaries. Work on cloud platforms like Azure and Google Cloud for data storage, processing, and analysis. Create and deploy large-scale, containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes on public clouds like Google GCP and Microsoft Azure. Collaborate with other Scrum teams, QA, Product, Program Management, and Affiliate Operations, while working with cross-functional project development teams. Participate in on-call rotations to troubleshoot production issues across cross-functional teams. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Demonstrated expertise in data engineering concepts, database design, ETL processes, and data mining. Proficiency in working with data technologies including SQL, Python, Flash, Scala, Hadoop, and related technologies and tools. Experience with ETL tools like Apache NiFi. Strong skills working with relational databases (e.g., Azure SQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., Cassandra). Experience with real-time message processing using Apache Kafka. Experience in designing and implementing data models for efficient storage and retrieval. Preferred Qualifications To take your career to the next level, you'll also need: Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with Cloud Computing Services like Google GCP and Microsoft Azure, as well as Distributed Storage Systems like Hive and Elastic Search.
