About the Role: Data Entry Specialist As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our Clinical Adjudication tasks, enterprise requirement determinations, and various projects associated with Prior Authorizations (PAs). Your responsibilities will include working on multiple tasks, collaborating with team members to identify the root cause of override issues, and delivering high-quality results in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: Work on various projects and tasks associated with PAs, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables. Support CAPAS carrier catalog offerings and contribute to the implementation of progressive enhancements. Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve override issues, driving alignment in matrixed environments. Support the implementation of patron PA documents during the Clinical review part of the member statistics transition process. Demonstrate blithequark's core values, including collaboration and accountability, while assuming strategic thinking and validated reasoning for CAPAS-associated tasks and projects. Essential Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need: 1-2 years of analytical experience working with large data sets for projects or trending/opportunity identification. Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to articulate complex/technical ideas to non-technical/lay users. Superb verbal communication and organizational skills. A self-motivated attitude with a strong work ethic. Preferred Qualifications: While not mandatory, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: Experience with RxClaim, particularly adjudication associated with PA overrides. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to run queries in RxClaim or Data Warehouse. Experience using MS Access database.
