Woodside Health and Wellness is seeking licensed and dedicated Physical Therapists to join our growing clinical team in New Jersey. Job Description:As a Physical Therapist at Woodside Health and Wellness, you’ll assess patient needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy in an outpatient, inpatient, or home health setting. You’ll use your clinical skills to help patients regain function, improve mobility, and enhance their quality of life. Requirements:


Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s)


Valid New Jersey Physical Therapy License (or eligibility)


CPR/BLS certification


Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills


Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team


New graduates and experienced PTs encouraged to apply


Responsibilities:


Evaluate and assess patients’ physical conditions and limitations


Design and implement treatment plans to improve mobility and function


Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities


Educate patients and caregivers on home care and injury prevention


Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems


Track patient progress and adapt care plans as needed


Collaborate with physicians, OT/PTA, and support staff
