Job Overview The Data Entry Specialist position at blithequark offers a unique blend of onsite training and remote work flexibility. To ensure a smooth transition into the role, the first 8 weeks will be spent onsite for comprehensive training. Following the training period, you will adopt a block schedule, alternating between 2 weeks of remote work and 1 week in the office. This schedule allows for a perfect balance between collaboration with the team and the convenience of working from home. Key Responsibilities Research and respond to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner, ensuring high-quality support to our clients and stakeholders. Utilize basic computer skills, including navigation in Outlook, computer general knowledge, and toggling between applications, to efficiently manage tasks and responsibilities. Apply data entry and typing skills to accurately and efficiently process information, with a strong focus on attention to detail and organizational skills. Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Make independent decisions and respond quickly to questions, utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues effectively. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment. Experience in provider outreach, decision-making, and responding quickly to questions, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Data entry and/or typing experience, with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a simple and concise manner. Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software applications. Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree, with a strong academic foundation in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration, business, or communications. 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing, with a deep understanding of the healthcare and health insurance industries. 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment, with a high level of proficiency in data entry software and systems. Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy, with the ability to understand and apply complex medical concepts in a practical setting.
