Job Overview: Data Entry Specialist - Remote

Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed. This is a full-time remote position, offering the flexibility and autonomy to work from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to expand your knowledge of the industry and our processes
Investigate discrepancies and issues as they arise, using your analytical skills to resolve problems efficiently
Complete additional projects and tasks as assigned, demonstrating your adaptability and willingness to learn
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of technical skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal abilities. While no prior experience is necessary, data entry experience is a definite plus. You should have:
A high school diploma or GED, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal growth
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and precision, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
Exceptional attention to detail, with a keen eye for spotting errors and discrepancies
