**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Processor to join our team in Morehead City, NC. As a key member of our administrative support team, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality data entry and accounting clerical functions, interacting with various departments and branches within the company. **Responsibilities**

As a Data Entry Processor at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

* Accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring high-quality and timely completion of tasks
* Troubleshooting and resolving data entry issues, collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex problems
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
* Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable and other financial transactions
* Performing other administrative tasks as required, such as data analysis, reporting, and document preparation

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* 2+ years of experience in data entry and accounting clerical functions
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
* Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

* Experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero
* Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Tableau
* Certification in data entry or accounting, such as Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES) or Certified Bookkeeper (CB)
* Experience working in a similar industry or sector
