**Key Responsibilities**

As a Data Entry & Office Administrator, you will be responsible for:

* Managing the Editor-in-Chief's schedule and ensuring timely completion of tasks
* Opening, sorting, and distributing incoming correspondence
* Working collaboratively with article writers, photographers, cartoonists, and marketing professionals to ensure seamless project execution
* Providing exceptional customer service via email or phone
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases
* Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries for editorial staff
* Assisting with social media management and content creation
* Participating in team meetings and contributing to brainstorming sessions
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Excellent communication and writing skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
