**Job Overview**

As a Data Entry File Clerk at careerzynith, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately inputting and maintaining data in our systems, organizing and filing physical documents, and performing regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team setting.

**Responsibilities**

- **Data Entry and Maintenance**: Input and update data in our database systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- **File Organization and Management**: Maintain and organize physical files and documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- **Data Quality Checks**: Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
- **Reporting and Data Compilation**: Assist in generating reports and compiling data as needed to support business decision-making.
- **Compliance and Procedure Adherence**: Follow company guidelines and procedures for data entry and file management, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.

**Requirements**

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in data entry or file management, with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

**Salary Range and Benefits**
