ā¢ Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of educational programs and propose improvements.
ā¢ Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather insights, validate requirements, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
ā¢ Prepare detailed reports and presentations that communicate findings, recommendations, and progress updates to management and relevant departments.
Qualifications
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
ā¢ Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related role within the e-learning industry.
ā¢ Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or equivalent.
ā¢ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
ā¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
