**Job Summary**
We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a temporary basis. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for entering, canceling, or editing warehouse appointments using One Network and/or High Jump systems. Additionally, you will audit inbound freight costs between our Transportation Management System (TMS) and the Buyer Portal, as well as perform periodic freight cost editing within the Buyer Portal. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
* Accurately enter, cancel, and edit warehouse appointments using One Network and/or High Jump systems.
* Audit and reconcile inbound freight costs between our Transportation Management System (TMS) and the Buyer Portal.
* Perform periodic updates and edits to freight costs in the Buyer Portal.
* Navigate and utilize various web applications efficiently, including Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's quality standards.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
* Strong web application navigation skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
