Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team in a remote, part-time position. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a critical role in maintaining and updating our extensive database, working closely with various departments to ensure that accurate and up-to-date information is available.
Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for:
Accurately inputting and updating data into the careerzynith database
Verifying the accuracy of data before inputting
Collaborating with team members to ensure data integrity
Participating in training sessions to improve data entry skills
Assisting in generating reports from the database as required
Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive data and company information
Providing feedback on process improvements to enhance data entry efficiency
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A high school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
Reliable internet connection for remote work
