[Remote] Account Executive Sr Prin, Customer Base

Dayforce is a global human capital management (HCM) company headquartered in Toronto and Minneapolis, and they are seeking a Senior Account Executive to sell HCM solutions to large complex customers. The role focuses on expanding Dayforce's footprint within existing large customers and managing the overall commercial relationship with these clients.ResponsibilitiesAttains sales quota by creating and executing a business plan to exceed revenue goals and expand Dayforce’s valueDevelops mutually beneficial relationships with C suite and other key decision makers and influencers in assigned vertical or geographyLeverages knowledge of customer's business and industry, as well as Dayforce’s HCM and Payroll capabilities to establish value and create new opportunitiesBuild relationships with Dayforce’s largest customers and create account plans for both the immediate and long term to maximize value to both Dayforce and the customerEstablishes and executes sales strategies that effectively present a solid business case to prospects and using competitive intelligence to best leverage DayforceLeads sales engagement and involves resources as needed to address customer's needs and business problem(s)Conducts negotiations on behalf of DayforceMaintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast dataCaptures all relevant information in CRM systemFollows all defined processes and timelinesKeeps current on Dayforce processes and any relevant changesMaintain technical knowledgeCompletes HCM Certifications and maintains product proficiency in order to effectively explain the value of DF solutions and how they differ from competitorsEffectively communicates how Dayforce applications to solve business problemsSkillsBachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience7+ years prospecting, developing and closing leads and/or 5+ years of achieving sales objectives in the enterprise marketDemonstrated ability to exceed sales objectives in B2B sales over the course of several yearsExperience in contracting renewals and re-negotiating customer contracts to maintain long term customer value with DayforceExperience in consultative sales engagements in HR technology, ERP software or a directly related fieldProven ability to develop relationships with mid-level and C-suite leaders by leveraging a strong understanding of business drivers, value expectations and business case componentsDemonstrated ability to effectively negotiate with internal and external constituentsModerate to extensive travel required, depending upon assigned territoryBenefitsExcellent time away from work programsComprehensive wellness initiativesRecognition through competitive pay and benefitsVolunteer daysDayforce Cares charity opportunitiesCompany OverviewDayforce is a time and attendance application that helps businesses automate clocking and streamline employee payroll.
