We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis, working remotely from Nigeria. As a Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our patient data, ensuring seamless communication between healthcare professionals, and contributing to the development of our healthcare services.

**Job Responsibilities:**

* Accurately and efficiently enter patient data into our electronic health records system, ensuring compliance with careerzynith's data management policies and procedures
* Verify and update patient information, including demographics, medical history, and treatment plans
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to careerzynith's data protection policies and procedures
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve data discrepancies and ensure accurate patient information
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance data entry processes and patient care
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication and care coordination
* Perform other related duties as assigned by management

The careerzynith Data Entry Clerk program is designed to provide college students with hands-on experience in data management, healthcare administration, and patient care. Through this program, you'll gain valuable skills and knowledge in:
