**Job Description:**

As a Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you will be an integral part of our customer service and operations teams, ensuring that our data is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible. You will work closely with other team members to ensure data integrity and accuracy, while maintaining confidentiality and security of all data collected.

**Responsibilities:**

* Accurately enter and update data into various systems and databases.
* Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
* Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
* Compile, sort, and organize data to be entered into the database or electronic systems.
* Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities where possible.
* Maintain confidentiality and security of all data collected.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or a related field are a plus.
* Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
* Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment.

**Essential Qualifications:**
