Role: IT Support Engineer
Work Location: Richardson, TX
Hire Type: 6 Months+ Contract
Responsibilities
Reports to the onsite manager for their site.
Troubleshooting and maintaining IT equipment onsite and remotely.
IT equipment includes:
o Desktops
o Laptops
o Printers
o Fax machines, scanners
o Tablets
o Smartphones
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
2+ years technical support experience or an associate degree in information systems, computer applications, or similar field.
High level customer service experience.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Onsite starting day 1.
