**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
* Entering work orders for dental and laboratory handpieces with accuracy and attention to detail
* Reviewing work orders to verify customer warranty claims and ensuring that all necessary information is captured
* Accurately entering data into corresponding fields within various software programs, including Microsoft Office
* Completing warranty work for various vendors, tracking items to ensure accuracy and efficiency
* Acting as a backup to our Customer Service Representatives by assisting with taking overflow telephone calls during high call volumes
* Participating in special projects and performing other duties as required to support the success of our team
**Key Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Previous experience in a relevant position, such as data entry or customer service
* Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and other software applications
* High School degree or equivalent required
* Ability to read, understand, and perform standard procedures and work instructions
* Basic math and logic skills required
* Basic computer skills and software use, including email, document preparation, and spreadsheets
