**Responsibilities**

As a Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you'll have the following responsibilities:

* Classify and enter data into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems with accuracy and attention to detail
* Perform searches on websites to gather information and verify data
* Audit reports and sheets of data to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Verify, correct, and delete unnecessary data, or combine data from multiple sources
* Review finalized work for errors or duplicate entries before submitting the final product
* Obtain additional information for documents that are deemed incomplete
* Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless data entry and management processes

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

* Proficient computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, databases, and customer database systems
* Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data management tools
* Expertise in computer research and data entry
* Comprehensive knowledge of data entry principles and best practices
* Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent typing accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience with presentation software and creating presentations
