[Remote] ServiceNow Technical Consultant (CSM)

Alcor Solutions, Inc. is seeking to hire a ServiceNow Technical Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM), CRM, or Sales & Order Management (SOM). The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective implementations.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on CSM, CRM, and/or SOMCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical solutionsConfigure and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and automation capabilitiesDevelop and maintain custom applications, scripts, UI components, business rules, and integrationsParticipate in solution architecture discussions and recommend best practices aligned with ServiceNow standardsSupport data migration, testing, deployment, and post-production activitiesTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the ServiceNow environmentCreate technical documentation, design specifications, and knowledge transfer materialsMentor junior developers and contribute to platform governance and development standardsSkills5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation experienceStrong experience in Customer Service Management (CSM) and/or CRM/SOM modulesServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certificationServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management (CIS-CSM) certificationStrong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, scripting, workflows, integrations, and API developmentExperience with JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and Service PortalAbility to design scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutionsExcellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAdditional ServiceNow certifications are a plusExperience working in enterprise-scale ServiceNow environmentsKnowledge of Agile delivery methodologiesExperience integrating ServiceNow with third-party business applicationsCompany OverviewAlcor Solutions Inc.
