As a Retail Customer Service Representative (Pawnbroker), you will:

Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers, and interacting with them in person and on the phone
Process sales, loans, and extensions
Perform opening and closing store duties
Work collaboratively with our team to drive sales and achieve store goals

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
Customer service, cashier, or retail experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work well independently and as a team member
Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
