Key Responsibilities:

Meet or exceed established productivity and accuracy standards, with a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
Work independently with minimal supervision, using your own initiative to manage your workload and prioritize tasks.
Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues via email, phone, or other digital channels, as needed.
Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with careerzynith's data management policies and procedures.

Requirements:


High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field, with a proven track record of accuracy and productivity.
Excellent typing skills, with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute and high accuracy rates.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues in a remote environment.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively, with minimal supervision.
U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required.


Preferred Qualifications:
