**Experienced Data Entry Clerk – Evening Shift (Full Time, $20/Hr Start)**

• *Primary Responsibilities:**
• Enter Bills of Lading (BOL) information into our AS400 system from scanned documents at service centers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify and correct any errors on BOLs prior to entering the information, guaranteeing high-quality data.
• Maintain high production levels while upholding accuracy, providing exceptional service to internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless data entry processes, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
• *Key Qualifications:**
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 1 year of data entry experience, preferably in the trucking industry
• Knowledge of shipping/transportation documents
• Proficient with AS400
• Accurate typing and spelling skills
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
