Key Responsibilities Collect and capture data in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that our databases are up-to-date and reflect the latest developments, updates, and transactions. Perform data entry tasks, including preparing information for data entry, performing entry-level support, and completing clerical functions or data entry tasks. Operate data entry devices to perform keypunching, data entry, and verification duties, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Review and verify data prior to entry, identifying and correcting errors, and bringing them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary. Provide entry-level administrative support to the data entry function, including performing daily audits and data entry corrections. Train new data entry employees on computer systems and establish data entry requirements by following data program techniques. Perform routine clerical and data entry functions, ensuring timely data entry and file management. Work with dealers to ensure data entry is accurate and complete, and perform data entry duties, including typing and faxing.
