As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for accurately entering data into our electronic database, photographing, packaging, and cleaning cases, and using multiple software applications to support our laboratory operations. **Responsibilities & Duties**
As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your primary duties will include:
* Reading and interpreting doctor's prescriptions for dental prostheses (e.g., crowns, bridges, dentures)
* Accurately entering data into the electronic database for each prescription and invoicing cases for billing purposes
* Photographing, packaging, and/or cleaning cases
* Using multiple types of software, including Microsoft Office applications and Magic Touch dental laboratory software
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of laboratory operations
* Collaborating with laboratory staff to ensure seamless delivery of dental products to customers
**Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful as a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll need:
* Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours per day) as well as reach and bend
* Ability to read prescriptions/case information, sort cases, take and save pictures, box cases, and enter data into database accurately
* Must be able to follow instructions accurately (including our Quality System work instructions)
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to self-manage and work efficiently with low supervision
* Dependable and punctual
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
