**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our chemical plant maintenance department. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for collecting data from multiple systems, documenting it in SAP and other Microsoft documents, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and have a passion for data entry, we'd love to hear from you!
**Responsibilities:**
* Collect data from multiple systems, including SAP and other Microsoft documents
* Compare and verify data entered with source documents to detect errors
* Enter data into computer systems using various data entry devices and maintain accurate records
* Input lists of items, alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic, in computer-readable format
* Prior experience supporting a plant maintenance department is a plus
* Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless data entry and processing
**Qualifications:**
* Basic knowledge of SAP and experience with data entry
* Close attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
* Basic experience with Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications
* Prior experience working in a chemical plant or refinery is a plus
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
