**Job Description:**

### Key Responsibilities:

* Account creation and claims online portal registration using ServiceNow and CyberArk
* Processing tickets, including backlog and new tickets, in a timely and efficient manner
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and stakeholders
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

### Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in account creation, customer service, and IT help desk roles
* Healthcare experience and knowledge of industry regulations and standards
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes
* Detail-oriented and organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

### Nice to Have Qualifications:

* Experience with ServiceNow and CyberArk

### Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
