**Responsibilities:**
As a Data Entry Associate at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* Gathering, organizing, and preparing source documents for data entry into our system database
* Reviewing data for discrepancies, missing pages, or information and resolving issues using standard procedures
* Entering both alphabetic and numeric data from source documents into our system database
* Reviewing data entered against original source documents for accuracy and correcting errors or duplications
* Following data program security practices and procedures at all times
* Securing information by completing daily database backups
* Performing other clerical duties such as sorting, filing, emailing, and proofreading as required
* Maintaining confidentiality of all personal and financial information in accordance with HIPPA regulations
**Key Skills and Competencies:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* A minimum of 6 months related experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience
* Experience in a medical office preferred but not required
* MUST be tech-savvy and detail-oriented
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Familiarity with data entry software and systems
