**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Assistant to join our remote team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in our Oracle Retail and SAP ecommerce systems. If you're a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for problem-solving, we'd love to hear from you.
**Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Assistant at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Reviewing and entering all price change requests received from merchant organizations
* Understanding data and identifying price change discrepancies
* Understanding complex promotional price changes and how they feed into the system
* Reviewing and entering stores-submitted cost and price changes
* Reviewing and entering promotional pricing in Oracle Pricing and SAP ecommerce systems
* Working with AP to reopen POs for invoice submission
* Managing and reviewing weekly price change reports
* Assisting with ad hoc requests for item maintenance and item creation
* Additional responsibilities as required
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, or a related field)
* 1-2 years of related experience in data entry, operations, or a related field
* Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Excel
* A strategic thinker with an innovative problem-solving approach
* A proactive and self-motivated mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to take initiative, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet tight deadlines
* Strong attention to detail with a data-driven and results-focused mentality
