Our client is a leading organisation within the ServiceNow ecosystem that has an immediate requirement for a remote working contract ServiceNow SPM / TRM Business Process Consultant in the USA - this will be a 7 months+ contract and will be approx 25 hours per week but may extend - Note - THIS IS NOT A DEVELOPER ROLE. Applicants need to possess the following skills : ServiceNow - 5 years+ CSA - ESSENTIAL CIS X 2 - inc SPM BPC - ESSENTIAL SPM - ESSENTIAL TRM (Technology Reference Model) - ESSENTIAL Excellent communication or consultancy skills Ability to work independently Public Trust Clearance - must have it or have the ability to get it You will use your knowledge to gather requirements, conduct workshops, demo products, documentation and support.
