**Job Summary**

As a Data Entry Assistant at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in supporting our team by accurately and efficiently entering data into our computer system or database. You'll work closely with our colleagues to verify the accuracy of the data entered, ensuring that our records are up-to-date and reliable. **Key Responsibilities**

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our computer system or database
* Verify the accuracy of the data entered, ensuring that our records are up-to-date and reliable
* Perform clerical work involving the processing of documents and information requiring computer literacy
* Contact other offices and/or the public to relay factual information or to explain simple procedures
* Meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

**Requirements**

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Experience in related area performing secretarial or general office work in an office with considerable public contact, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training that demonstrates the desired knowledge, skills, and abilities
* Working knowledge of computer word-processing and Microsoft Office applications, and Google
* Knowledge, skill, and/or experience in the implementation of Positive Behavior Intervention Supports (PBIS) strategies or be willing to receive training in those strategies
* US and Canada resident only

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous experience in data entry or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Familiarity with careerzynith's products and services
