Location: Remote
Contract Position (3 months)
Key Responsibilities:
Ā Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with families and business partners.
Ā Provide personalized support via chat, email, social media, and phone.
Ā Handle and resolve family concerns using critical thinking and de-escalation techniques.
Ā Log and document all interactions in the internal system.
Ā Collaborate with colleagues and escalate issues when necessary.
Ā Meet or exceed performance metrics and attendance requirements.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Ā Excellent customer service skills with a self-motivated attitude.
Ā Previous remote call center experience is a plus.
Ā Ability to work in a focused, distraction-free environment with a reliable internet connection.
Ā Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
Ā Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Ā Basic data entry and billing experience are beneficial.
Ā 2-3 years of customer service experience via phone and email.
Ā High School diploma required; an associate degree is a plus
